Incorporated in June 2019, ENRA Group Berhad and IBGH Capital collaborated to address the undersupply affordable homes market in Malaysia. ENRA, a public listed company in Bursa Malaysia, specialises in developing residential and commercial projects in Malaysia and United Kingdom, as well as offers energy services in Malaysia, Myanmar and Australia. IBGH Capital focuses in building affordable homes and existing developments are mainly located in Telok Panglima Garang, Meru and Sepang ranging from terrace to semi-detached homes. Both companies possess extensive track records in the property development industry in Malaysia.
